The details of that condo are provided by the separate agents or brokers listing that condo, so if there are any differences or discrepancies, in the price the description etc. then that is due to the agents, not to the Pattaya Condo Guide.

Please also be aware that due to this multiple listing and condo owners not informing all of the respective agents of there recent sale or let, it becomes very hard for the agents to keep up-to-date records of when a property is no longer available, please bare this in mind when making your enquiries.
